At Orogenics, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimum required!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your package has been handed to our shipping carrier, it is considered “dispatched” and in transit to your address.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days. We always work to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates. For international orders, customs inspections may also extend delivery timeframes.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can cause delays or cancellations.

If you notice an error, please email us at matthew@orogenics.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a reply, your order may be canceled and refunded.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we do everything we can to ship quickly, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control—such as courier issues, extreme weather, or customs delays.

If your order is delayed, rest assured we’ll work closely with the courier to get your package to you as soon as possible. Orogenics is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and assist in resolving any delivery issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at matthew@orogenics.com, and we’ll help you reach out to the courier to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or other resolution.

If your package cannot be located, we also recommend filing a report with your local courier and police department.

Orogenics reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without notice. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy and any future updates.
